OpenFetch provides automated AI-driven analysis of websites to produce "Agentic Readiness" scores. The Service crawls publicly accessible URLs and generates reports based on structured data signals detectable at the time of scan.

Results are generated algorithmically and reflect technical signals only. They do not represent a comprehensive audit, an endorsement, or a guarantee of performance in any AI-powered system.

ALL ANALYSIS, SCORES, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND REPORTS PROVIDED BY OPEN-HORIZON ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, INVESTMENT, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any information provided by the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) results will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Service is free of viruses or harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OPEN-HORIZON, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) scan websites without authorization; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; (d) use automated scraping to bulk-harvest reports; (e) misrepresent scores or results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these terms.

The OpenFetch platform, including its software, algorithms, branding, and visual design, is proprietary. Your scan results are yours. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated statistics to improve the Service.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
